We now have the following items for sale from a home on Madison Ave. off Warrensville Rd. (The actual sale of all contents will be Thurs/Fri July 9 & 10) Pictures of the actual sale coming soon!! All these items are in VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT CONDITION. Please note: these come from a very clean home, but they did have a dog. Some of you have asked exactly how we do our sales. Below you will see three sets of pictures; BEFORE a sale (family just takes what they want and leaves all else for us to deal with); DURING a sale (we wash and fix items if needed and display and price them for a sale), and AFTER a sale (we empty and clean all the rooms when we are finished)
